Sally Jane VanSant and Brock David Lankow were united as husband and wife on July 21, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Stewardson, Illinois. Following the ceremony, a reception, dinner, and dance was held at the
Effingham Knights of Columbus.
The men of the wedding party looked great in classic black tuxes, provided by
Weber's Clothing in Teutopolis. The women of the wedding party were beautiful in gowns from From this Day Forward. The bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dress were all purchased with the assistance of the helpful team at From this Day Forward.
The bridal party spent their morning at
Serenity Salon. Sally commented, "We got the royal treatment! Thank you Beth and staff! I highly recommend this salon."
Burkland's Floral Shoppe created the flower arrangements for the wedding party.
Walnut Street Weddings met with Sally Jane and her mother to design the wedding reception. A basic bright blue table runner with a classic centerpiece that included one floating flower was decided on as the centerpiece for the guest tables. A backdrop accentuated the head table on the south wall of the reception room. An extensive candy table (that included cotton candy!) was provided for the guests' enjoyment.
Entertainment services for the evening reception and dance was provided by
Walnut Street Weddings. Billi with Walnut Street Weddings walked Sally and Brock through their entire evening, from introductions to cutting of the cake, and into the dance.
Overbeck Photography was the chosen photographer for this wedding day. Sally commented, "Kim was excellent to work with. We loved that she made an extra effort to get to know us and our style."
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Lankow! It was a pleasure assisting you with your special day!
